Voice AI Failed Recordings
Resolved - We are investigating an issue that caused call recordings to fail to save between approximately 9:18 AM ET and 10:14 AM ET today. The issue was related to a problem with one of our vendors during that time period.

Our team has confirmed the issue has been resolved, and call recordings created after 10:14 AM ET are saving normally.

Investigating - We’re aware of an issue affecting partners whose Autotask instance is hosted on webservices24. We have opened a support request with Autotask to investigate. During this Autotask outage, companies on webservices24 will not be able to sync tickets, notes or time entries between Thread and Autotask. Partners on other Autotask zones are not affected.

We’ll share updates as we hear back from Autotask. No action is needed on your end.
