We've identified that Microsoft Teams API is down, impacting our ability to send or read messages from Teams.

From their incident page here is the impacted scenarios:

- View any or up to date profile data
- Update, create or view calendar meetings
- Send or read messages
- Add new users to teams
- Known users appearing as unknown
